A passion project I started with 2 of my best friends since 4th grade. It's 2020, and the COVID pandemic just started. In an effort to make better use of some of my newly discovered free time, I crafted the idea of launching a podcast from the digital consultancy I was already running at the time. The project was at first really only supposed to be a case study into the world of audio marketing, and generating plays. What it ended up being was so much more.
Discussions around social issues, dating, political movements, life moments... you name it. We brought on global influencer talent, medical professionals, journalists, lifelong mentors and friends to spark conversations that resonated with our generation.
We tested ourselves with difficult topics, high graphic design output, quick turn around audio editing, content season scheduling, and page promotion.
Lifelong friendships turned into a project that was lauded in our local area, and discussed by the 10's of thousands in groups around the world. Our audience reached 36 countries, across 4 continents and amassed a total of 220k+ streams equal to over 7,000,000+ total minutes listened.... not bad for something that was completely free and done out of fun.
